All orders are processed within one business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after our daily processing cut-off time (usually 2:00 PM local time) will be processed on the next business day.

We offer standard shipping for all orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Generally, orders are delivered within the next business day after processing.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Fees:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 100 AED and flat shipping rate of 10 AED for all other orders
Free shipping is available above 499 AED
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
International Shipping:
At present, we only offer shipping within the UAE region
We do not ship internationally outside of the specified region.
